Why was my clip refused?+
VolleyLabs has to follow one player through one rep. A clip is refused when it can't keep track of you: you leave the frame, another player covers you for most of the jump, or the video is too dark or small. Film from the side with your whole body in frame for the whole rep, 2 to 30 seconds, at least 480p. Tap yourself just before you jump, or for a serve as the ball leaves your hand. A refused clip doesn't use up an analysis.
How do I film a good clip?+
Hold the phone still, side-on to the player, with head to feet in frame for the whole rep. One rep per clip, in good light. A busy court is fine, because you tap yourself.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then VolleyLabs. You can also get there from Profile, Manage subscription in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?+
In the app, go to Profile and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I delete my account and data?+
In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, analyses and still frames. See the privacy policy for details.
Who can use VolleyLabs?+
VolleyLabs is for players 13 and over. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's OK. See the terms of use.

Is this medical advice?+
No. VolleyLabs gives training feedback, not medical advice. Train within your limits and see a professional about pain or injury.
